Suddenly, the cop squares up to the man and shoves him backwards - knocking him down some stairs.
The officer claimed he felt threatened, but authorities say the video doesn't substantiate that claim.
HUGE WAVE KNOCKS DOWN WOMAN
A woman standing on a rock along the coast of Ireland had a near-death experience when she was swept away by a giant wave.
She fell about 50 feet off the cliff.
She was saved thanks to a quick-thinking paramedic and his girlfriend - who made a rope to reach the woman and pull her to safety.
The woman suffered a fractured ankle.
SKYDIVING ACCIDENT
A skydive in Cape Town, South Africa nearly went horribly wrong.
A skydiver was on a routine jump to help a friend train for formation skydiving when his main parachute malfunctioned.
He had to deploy his reserve chute, but the force of the change knocked his helmet off, sending it and his Go Pro camera into a dizzying spiral to the ground.
Eventually, it landed in a rugby field and was picked up by players who appeared to be very fascinated with the camera.
WHITE TIGERS BORN
Four newborn white tiger cubs at a Japanese zoo were introduced to the public for the first time Thursday.
Visitors were allowed a sneak preview in a bid to test the cubs' reactions ahead of their official debut next week.
The all-male, blue-eyed cubs with coats of black stripes on white were born in January.
