Dad creates adorable glow-in-the-dark Minnie Mouse Halloween costume

A little girl with an adorably squeaky voice talking about all the candy she's going to get at Disneyland while wearing a glow-in-the-dark Minnie Mouse costume her dad made? Ladies and gentleman, we have a winner.

You might remember Zoey from last year's similar costume. Her dad, Royce Hutain of California, created a costume out of LED lights to look like a stick figure and then uploaded a video with the debut of "Glowy Zoey."

That video got 22 million views, and Zoey's 2013 costume was so popular that her dad launched a kickstarter campaign and it's now on the market.

And, of course, this year Zoey went to Disneyland, decked out in her shiny Minnie costume.
