2 killed in Thanksgiving morning crash

RAEFORD, NC (WTVD) -- Two people died in a Thanksgiving morning crash not far from downtown Raeford in Hoke County.

A man and a woman in an SUV were killed. A young child survived and was rushed to the hospital.

It happened on Business 401 at Patterson Street.

Witnesses said there was food you'd expect to see served at a Thanksgiving meal spread across the road after the SUV rolled over.

The driver of the other car was questioned by investigators at the scene. There's no word yet on any charges.
