Man wanted in Fayetteville shooting
FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Police say they have a suspect in a shooting in the 5400 block of Cassidy Court in Fayetteville early Friday.
It happened in front of a home around 1:20 a.m.
Police said 20-year-old Tyrell Demarcus Williams is listed in stable condition at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Detectives have warrants charging 19-year-old Zachary Tristian Batie with attempted first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
