Social media threat deemed hoax, Hillside High School no longer on lockdown

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- Hillside High School briefly went on lockdown after a concerning social media post, according to Durham Public Schools.

Law enforcement confirmed the post to be a hoax and the lockdown was lifted a short time later.
