Man pushed out of wheelchair, robbed in Durham

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham police said a man was pushed out of his wheelchair and robbed on Sunday.

Authorities said the man was outside of an assisted living facility off Carver Street around 1:50 p.m. when the crime occurred.

Police said the suspect is an African-American man, but did not release any other information about the suspect's appearance.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call police.
