Mother goose lays eggs in Raleigh church playground

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A mother goose won't let anyone come near her pair of eggs in Wake County.

She was nesting on the playground at Greystone Baptist Church in Raleigh.

The kids at the church pre-school had a front row seat to all the action.

The mother goose has laid two eggs so far, and geese can be very protective of their eggs.

They will hiss, honk, and charge with a fair amount of speed to ward off potential predators.
