Moore County man accused of killing wife

CARTHAGE, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Moore County man is accused of killing his wife.

James Bullins, 37, has been charged with first-degree murder.

Investigators said they found the body of his wife, 58-year-old Ruby Bullins, inside their home in the 600 block of McIntosh Road in Carthage Sunday evening.

James Bullins is in the Moore County Jail without bond.
