Nash County sheriff says 'armed and dangerous' murder suspect committed suicide

NASH COUNTY (WTVD) -- The Nash County Sheriff's Office says a man wanted for murder has committed suicide.

Thirty-four-year-old Michael Steven Stell was found dead in a Halifax County cemetery Monday.

Stell - who deputies described as armed and dangerous - was accused in the murder of 31-year-old Brian Scott Keen Jr. of Elm City.

Keen was shot to death Sunday in the 9000 block of Grover Road in Nashville, North Carolina.
