A crash on Ramsey Street at the railroad overpass sent a Fayetteville man to the hospital Tuesday night.

All lanes of Ramsey Street between Wall Street and Cumberland Street were closed for several hours after Fayetteville police said a driver went onto the median on Ramsey Street and rolled his vehicle. He was partially ejected and pinned.

The victim was identified as Thomas Ezzell, 80, of the 1300 block of Jasper Street. Police said he sustained head injuries and was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. An update on his condition was not available.

No charges have been filed.

All lanes of Ramsey Street are now open.
