TWC told ABC11 the outage was due to an issue with a router that affected all services. The issue reportedly did not affect all customers in any area, just customers with that particular router.
The company's Twitter help account confirmed the outage on Thursday afternoon.
Customers in the Carolinas, we are currently working on resolving an issue causing service problems. No ETR at this time. ^SS
