GUILFORD COUNTY, North Carolina -- A North Carolina soldier returned from Afghanistan and surprised his wife by photobombing one of her pictures.
Terrance Clark snuck behind his wife, Mariah, while she was taking a picture at a Christmas display in Guilford County.
She didn't realize he was in the photo until the photographer showed it to her.
This was going to be their first Christmas apart.
Mariah screamed with joy and hugged her husband knowing they could now spend Christmas together.
Mariah carried a cardboard cutout of her husband around with her to take pictures with while he was away.
She says she wasn't expecting him to come home until next month.
