EASTON, Pa. -- A three-volley salute echoed through the streets of Easton Friday following the funeral service for a local airman.
Air Force Staff Sergeant Peter Taub was one of six troops killed in a suicide bombing last month near Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan.
He grew up in Wyncote, Montgomery County.
There was a heartbreaking moment outside St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church as the honor guard presented an American flag to the 3-year-old daughter Taub left behind.
