Raleigh police rescue 2 adorable 2-week-old puppies

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Raleigh police came to the rescue of two adorable puppies after responding to a stray dog call.

Animal Control officers said the mother dog was caught in a trap.

After the officers rescued her, the dog led them to a crawl space of a home where two, 2-week-old puppies were also trapped.

The mother and her puppies are now safe and were taken to the Wake County Animal Care Control and Adoption Center to receive proper vet care.
