The plan, which Tine aims to implement fully by the end of 2030, focuses on seven key priorities to better serve customers.

This includes increasing online transactions from 31% to 50%, reducing average wait times from 110 minutes to 15 minutes, and modernizing technology systems. It also focuses on simplifying policies, automating processes, and improving office infrastructure and staffing.
