Man charged with peeping at Raleigh Kmart

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- The Raleigh Police Department has charged a man with secretly watching a woman in a Kmart changing room.

According to an arrest warrant, it happened Thursday at a store in the 87-hundred block of Six Forks Road.

Officers have charged 23-year-old Jeremiah Lashawn Donnell with secret peeping.
