Johnston County man accused of secretly videotaping woman, child

PRINCETON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Johnston County man has been charged for allegedly videoing taping a woman and her 4-year-old daughter as they took a shower.

Authorities said the incident happened May 14 after the woman spotted a cell phone under a door in a room they were renting from 33-year-old Lucio Serrano Flores.

Johnston County Sheriff's detectives said Flores confessed to the incident.

He was charged with secret peeping, a felony offense.

At last report, Flores was behind bars on a $20,000 bond.
