Watch: Train hits truck on tracks

POLAND (WTVD) -- A train driver had just seconds to warn his passengers before hitting a truck stalled on the tracks in Poland.

Video shows the man rushing through passenger cars warning people to get on the floor and brace themselves.

Video from the front of the train shows the truck right at impact and the windscreen of the train shattering.

The train was moving at 70 miles per hour and there was no way to stop in time.

A wooden beam pierced the side of the train right at the level passengers would have been sitting if they hadn't been warned to get down.

The video will now be used for training.
