Turkeys terrorize neighborhood in Washington state
Turkeys stalk a Washington state neighborhood.

WALLA WALLA, Washington (WTVD) -- A neighborhood in Washington state says it's being terrorized by aggressive wild turkeys.

It's mating season, and the normally shy birds are anything but in the spring. They're going after children - especially if they're wearing red or blue - which is a symbol of aggression to turkeys.

They're also damaging houses, rain gutters, and even denting cars.

The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife is trying to trap as many as they can and relocate them far away.
