RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A fire broke out at the Twisted Fork in Triangle Town Center on Saturday.
Authorities said a chef noticed a fire in the ventilation system that goes to the roof.
The staff called 911 and used a fire extinguisher to get out what they could.
Around forty people were evacuated from the restaurant with no injuries reported.
Raleigh fire department said that there was significant damage above the kitchen area.
The owner of Twisted Fork said that it will likely take months to repair.
