As part of the /*Obama*/ campaign's efforts to draw new people into the Democratic process, Ali will host voter registration drive rallies geared towards /*North Carolina*/'s youth.
The campaign announced the "Carolina Change Challenge" -- a voter registration competition where the top 10 volunteers who register the most voters and the top five high school students who register the most high school students will get to meet Senator Obama at an upcoming event.
- Ali's will appear at the following places Thursday:
- 11:30 a.m. - St. Augustine College's Sebe Auditorium in Raleigh.
- 1 p.m. - NC Central University's Alfonso Elder Student Union in Durham.
- 3 p.m. - Bennett College's Little Theater in Greensboro.
- 4 p.m. - North Carolina A&T University's Gibbs Hall in Greensboro.
- 6:45 p.m. - University of North Carolina Charlotte's McKnight Hall - Cone Center.
