A jury found Gregory Moore liable in a sexual harassment case last fall.
The plaintiff walked away with more than $1 million.
Another man is coming forward. He says he worked as Moore's butler between 2002 and 2008.
During that time he claims he was routinely sexually harassed and that Moore made constant advances.
That's not all. He also claims that Moore once climbed into his bed and sexually assaulted him as he slept.
The lawsuit filed is a civil case. Moore does not face any criminal charges.
