Three charged with Fayetteville murder

The Fayetteville Police Department charged three suspects Monday in connection with the murder of Terence Foster.Foster was shot at his Sumac Circle home on September 25.

Late Monday police issued warrants for 24-year-old Anthony Birch, 24-year-old Marcus McAllister and 29-year-old Termona Williams.

All three men are charged with first-degree murder. McAllister and Birch also face one charge each of breaking and/or entering.

Police arrested two of the men Monday. At the time the warrants were drawn, McAllister was being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center on a non-related incident. He is being held without bond on the new charges.

Birch is being held in the detention center under no bond.

Williams is currently at large. Police say he is considered armed and dangerous.
