Carlos Ivan Carrizales-Carrizales of Mount Olive was found lying beside the road in the 1800 block of Highway 117 south around 3:40 a.m. Sunday morning.
Investigators with the Goldsboro Police Department say they suspect the vehicle that hit him is a light colored 4-door full sized GMC type of pickup truck. It likely happened between 2:30 and 3:00 a.m.
