Police announced Wednesday they've identified a second suspect in the June 18 shooting of 25-year-old Jeremy Lockett.

It happened in the parking lot of a shopping center at the intersection of Strickland Bridge Road and Fisher Road.

Detectives said they've charged 30-year-old Charles Calvin Bush with first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy. Bush turned himself in to police and was being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center.

Last week, detectives said they also had warrants for 20-year-old Xavier Freeman in the case. He was still at large Wednesday. Police said Freeman drives a white 1996 Buick Roadmaster with license plate number, "AEY-2133".

Anyone seeing Freeman or his vehicle is urged to call 911. People with information about the crime are asked to contact homicide detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department to contact them at (910) 549-7326 or Crime Stoppers at (910) 483-TIPS.
