Rocky Mount man charged with assaulting woman on RDU-bound plane

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A man from Rocky Mount has been accused of crossing the line on a flight to Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

According to an arrest warrant, Mark Owen kept touching a woman's thigh after repeatedly being asked not to.

It also said Owen was carrying marijuana.

He's charged with misdemeanor assault on a female and drug possession.
