Clifton Keith Hall, 29, and Valerie Wright, 27, are charged with one count each of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Wright is the parent of the 6-year-old child.
Hall and Wright were being haled under $5000 unsecured bond but were released on their own recognizance.
Their first court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 19.
