"The facts may be unbelievable to some people, but those are the facts," Attorney Hanson Buccat said. "My client was injured and she was injured because VS failed to make their product safe."
Buccat claims his client, Macrida Patterson, was hit in the eye last year when a metallic piece from her underwear flew off and damaged her cornea.
After failing to reach a settlement with /*Victoria's Secret*/, Patterson sued.
The 52-year-old woman claims she still suffers pain and tearing in her left eye.
