Detectives charged Pauze with participating in prostitution of a minor and first degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He was arrested Friday evening.
In a separate case involving Pauze, detectives say he agreed to pay a 13-year old child through an agent for participating in a variety of sexual acts.
He is charged in this case with participating in prostitution of a minor, attempting statutory sex offense and indecent liberties with a minor.
Pauze is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center. A bond has not yet been determined as he is awaiting booking. According to Fayetteville officials additional charges may be forthcoming.
