We first reported on PropertyRoom.com back in April. The site auctions off items from the property rooms of law enforcement agencies. Some of the items were confiscated, others are stolen goods that can't be returned to their original owners.
Often, the items on the site sell for just a small fraction of their original prices.
To attract holiday shoppers, the site is posting a "Steal of the Day" several days each week. Today, for example, they have a limited number of Pete Rose-autographed prints from his first Major League game. They're selling fo $39.99 each.
