Natacha Fabien has a sister in Haiti. She says almost every day what she hears breaks her heart.
"It's so sad, desperate, tough for me, I hurt," Fabien said.
Fabien's sister and other family members live in Petionville. It's about 15 miles east of Port-au-Prince.
Many of the small towns and rural areas are still waiting for help.
While tons of food and water and being distributed each day, it's not always getting to those who need it most.
Fabien's husband says his relatives in Haiti tell him it is a daily struggle just to survive.
"If you are in your neighborhood and something happens, you will stay there and wait hopefully they get to you," Gilbert Francique said.
For many in Haiti right now, they say hope is about all they have left.
