Tala Masoli, 63, died from his injuries Sunday at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
Police say his daughter, 25-year-old Talani Silveria, stabbed him on July 14. An autopsy is scheduled.
Iinvestigators have not released any information regarding a motive.
