According to arrest warrants, 36-year-old Javelin Hall is accused of inappropriately touching a 15-year-old girl.
The North Carolina A&T University's website lists Hall as a teacher of university studies at the school.
He was being held on $25,000 bond and was set to make his first court appearance Monday.
