Jimell Horton, 26, and Jeffery Clark, 22, both of Enfield, were in the Halifax County jail Thursday morning.
Detectives say the pair shot two people outside a home on Mars Lane in Enfield October 15.
Horton and Clark are charged with one count each of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, and one count each of going armed to the terror of the people. Horton is also charged with possession of a fire arm by a convicted felon.
