"I got out of the car and he got out of his side and he followed me into the building. We went up the elevator. We walked to the front door. I opened the door and then he went straight into the bathroom and then he came out of the bathroom and he jumped me," said the woman.
The victim's lawyer is asking the court to stop Match.com from signing up any more members until it begins screening for sexual predators. The company says it doesn't want to give a false sense of security, but says it's very difficult to do a thorough background search on more than 10 million members.
The suspect's attorney denies the allegations.
