Man wanted for allegedly sexually assaulting teen

Authorities with the Fayetteville Police Department are searching a 54-year-old man accused of raping a 15 year old.

Police said a woman reported that she noticed suspicious activity inside a vehicle parked along Alexander Street near downtown Fayetteville shortly after 2 a.m. Wednesday.

The witness told authorities that a 15-year-old girl and older man exited the vehicle as she approached. She said the man then ran from the scene, leaving the car behind.

Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department determined during their investigation that the 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by the suspect, who was later identified as 54-year-old Dallas Walker.

The identity of the victim has not been released.

Walker is described as an African American man, who stands 6' 1" tall and weighs 185 pounds. He also has a scar on his forearm.

Warrants for Walker's arrest have been issued on charges of statutory rape, indecent liberties with a child and crimes against nature - which are all felonies.
