Mount Olive Police have arrested Tyiwan Marquis Johnson and charged him with six felony counts of first-degree sex offense with a child and three counts of indecent liberties with a child.
Police said the alleged victim is under the age of 13.
Johnson is being held at the Wayne County Jail under a $1 million bond.
