Paul William Fantz, 30, of Calliope Way, faces multiple charges of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, possession of pornography from peeping, and using a photographic device.
According to arrests warrants, the victim is between five and 10 years old.
Bond was set at a half million dollars.
Fantz faced a judge Monday afternoon; his next court date is set for November 18 at 9 a.m.
