FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- UPDATE: Detectives with the FPD's Homicide Unit have identified and charged a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting of Victor Cirello on Monday.

The suspect has been identified as Quintien Terrell Swann, 17, of the 900 block of Gillis Street.

Swann has been charged with first-degree murder.

Swann is not in custody. Detectives are encouraging his friends and family to have him turn himself in.

The family of a landlord gunned down outside his mobile home community is speaking out to ABC11. Surveillance video at Lakeside Mobile Home Park show three men going in and out of the area Monday afternoon. The shooting happened in the 1900 block of Boxwood Lane.

Kenneth Cirello talks to ABC11 after his father, Victor, was murdered at the mobile home community he owned.

Police believe the perpetrators shot and robbed the community's owner, 63-year-old Victor Cirello, in his office at the mobile home park.

He was shot in the chest and died at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

According to the victim's son, Kenneth Cirello, his father has owned the mobile home park for nearly 20 years.

"He had a lot of friends, a lot of very important friends, a lot of good people he knew, a lot of people liked my father and not only did this take a big toll on myself, losing my father and being able to see my father's blood and where he was executed," Kenneth Cirello said.

It's this type of violence Kenneth Cirello said his dad was trying to avoid by setting strict rules and regulations, and encouraging his tenants to get security cameras. But convincing tenants was always a challenge.

"Not everybody can afford the luxuries of having a camera," Kenneth Cirello said. "For a few, he offered to pay for the cameras and have them installed. I'm glad there was a few cameras installed and there was just enough cameras to see who we needed to see."

During the video two of the suspects are seen running away.

Police released images from a surveillance camera that they say shows the three men. They're now trying to identify them.
