Police investigate drive-by shooting in Durham

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Officials said two men were heading into the In and Out convenience store on Fayetteville Street when several shots were fired from a vehicle.



It happened around 12:40 p.m. at 911 Fayetteville Street, authorities said.



One of the men was shot in the hand. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. It is not yet known if the other man was hurt.



There's been no word on a suspect or suspects at this time.
