Mebane man in custody after drug raid

MEBANE (WTVD) -- A Mebane man is behind bars, accused of possessing drugs with the intent to sell.

On Tuesday, the Alamance County Narcotics Enforcement Team served a search warrant at 605 Anna Drive in Mebane.

Cedric Deshawn Williams, 29, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and marijuana.

Williams was found in possession of 18.4 grams of crack cocaine and 687 grams of marijuana, officials said Wednesday.

He is in the Alamance County Jail under a $40,000 secured bond.
