A Silver Alert was issued Wednesday for a missing teenager who suffers from autism and a bipolar disorder.

CHATHAM COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Silver Alert has been cancelled for a missing teenager who suffers from autism and a bipolar disorder.

Firefighters and others spent Wednesday evening searching for 19-year-old Jordan Trogdon in the area of Corinth Road.

About 20 searchers were combing the streets, fields, and woods which ultimately proved to be too dark and dense to see much, so they had to call off efforts for the night.

Trogdon was found around 7:20 a.m. Thursday walking in the area of Corinth Road in Moncure.

He appeared to be in good health and was being checked out medically.
