Person of interest wanted in touching incident at NC State

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Officials at NC State have issued a crime alert after a woman reported she was inappropriately touched in a sexual way during a tutoring session at DH Hill Library.

University police said due to the nature of the incident, they believe there is an ongoing threat to the campus community.

They said 48-year-old Lawrence Webster is a person of interest in the case.
