Fayetteville teen charged with sex offense with 9-year-old

FAYETTEVILLE, NC (WTVD) -- The Fayetteville Police Department has charged a 16-year-old with sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl.

Michael Van Royal Autry was arrested Wednesday.

The incident allegedly happened this past summer.

Autry is charged with first-degree sex offense with a child.

Bond was set at $50,000.
