Vacant house goes up in flames in Johnston County

JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- Fire crews worked through the night Sunday to put out a house fire near Kenly.

Fire officials told our crew on the scene the fire started shortly before 2 a.m. on N.C. 42.

Firefighters said the house was vacant. There were no injuries.

Officials are working to determine the cause of the fire.
