Robbery suspects caught on camera in Fayetteville
Police are asking for help identifying two suspects caught on camera

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Fayetteville police are asking for help identifying two robbery suspects linked to several burglaries in the Aaron Lakes neighborhood and surrounding communities.

Police said the suspects were caught on camera on May 12. The first suspect is described as a black male with a black hoodie, black shorts, red shoes and carrying a dark backpack. The second suspect is said to be a black male wearing a grey shirt, grey pants, a dark hoodie, multicolor shoes and carrying a green backpacks.

Officers said the two are responsible for burglaries in the Beckford Lane area and are suspected of being involved in other burglaries in the surrounding area. Officials issued a crime alert and have increased police presence due to the increase of residential and vehicle break-ins.

Police asked for people to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity by calling 911.

FPD Detectives are asking for anyone who may recognize the individuals in the videos, to please contact Detective L. Deal with the Fayetteville Police Department. In addition, anyone who suspects or knows of individuals who have been selling or trading a suspicious amount of electronics on the streets, or to cash converter type stores, is also asked to contact Detective L.
