Nineteen-year-old shot to death in Raeford

RAEFORD, NC -- The Hoke County Sheriff's Office says it's following leads in the murder of a 19-year-old.

Deputies were called to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of Malloy Street in Raeford around 9:45 Tuesday evening.

They found Shawn-quell Marquis Pleasant with multiple gunshot wounds.
