Everything free at church yard sale this weekend
WAKE FOREST, NC (WTVD) -- Living Word Family Church in Wake Forest will hold their 4th annual Free Yard Sale on Saturday, Feb. 27 from 10am-12.
Donations can be dropped off Friday, Feb. 26 from 6:30pm-9pm at Living Word Family Church and volunteers are encouraged to return on Saturday during the Yard Sale.
"We encourage everyone to come back in on Saturday," explained church employee Margaret Holt.
"Volunteers show up at 9am and actually are able to give their stuff away to the community so they can see where their blessings going," Holt said.
Shoppers of the free yard sale are given $15 Living Word Bucks to spend at the sale. Every item, no matter how big or small costs one Living Word Buck.
"Our main objective is-we just want to love on the community and show them the love of God," Holt said. "And, that's really what we're doing it for."
Living Word Family Church is located at 10520 Star Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
