Online donations have poured in, and now they are only $3000 away from reaching their goal of providing 3.2 million meals to families in need this summer.

The food and funds raised in this campaign will go to help feed need families through the month of August.

When school is out for the summer, children can't count on the cafeteria for a meal, and that's why the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina created their Stop Summer Hunger campaign.

Every dollar donated to the campaign buys 10 meals for families.

Your donation now also goes a little further because money donations are being matched dollar for dollar.
