Man surprises friend with kidney

A Texas man may win the best friend ever award after revealing himself as a matching donor for his friend who is in need of a kidney transplant.

The touching gesture went viral in a video showing Graham McMillan surprising his friend Danny Kolzow at work with a sign reading: I heard urine need of a kidney, want mine?

The surgery is set for later this week.
